We want everyone who buys aircraft parts to be able to use this site, including people who use a keyboard, screen reader or magnification.

Our standard

This site is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That includes full keyboard operation, visible focus, text that meets contrast requirements, text alternatives for images, labeled form fields with error messages in text, and support for reduced-motion settings.

How we check

  • Automated testing of every page with axe-core
  • Keyboard-only testing of every page and the complete quote request form
  • Review at 200% zoom and at narrow mobile widths

We retest after every change to the site. We don't use accessibility overlay widgets; fixes are made in the site's own code.

Documents

Our capability statement PDF is tagged for screen readers, with headings, lists, tables and a text description of the logo. The same information is also on our Capabilities page.

If any part of this site is hard to use, contact us and we'll help, and take your quote request by phone or email if needed. We aim to reply within 5 business days, and sooner for AOG requests.
